Court Case Thrown Into Mix of North Sydney Olympic Pool Debacle

Legal proceedings are rife around our North Shore.

In a meeting at the end of July, North Sydney Council voted to commence a legal case against Brewster Hjorth Architects (BHA) for breach of contract.

What for? Design services for the ever-incomplete North Sydney Olympic Pool. Council claims that the legal endeavour against BHA will not impact the redevelopment, which is slated for completion in early 2025. Council claimed that the Olympic Pool would be finished in 2022, so assurances are tough to faithfully trust.
